MULTIPLE BOOKING PACKAGES

Multiple Booking Packages expire 1 year from date of purchase
The agency must receive a minimum of 24 hours when redeeming each pre-paid booking
A booking is the placement of 1 person for a maximum of “one day” - Agency fees are in addition to the wages paid to the temp staff by the dental office

PERMANENT PLACEMENT RATES
If your office is seeking a full time dental staff member, we do that too!
If you require a working interview, our rate is $30 per day
If the staff member is hired by the dental practice, a nominal fee of $500 is then paid to Dodds Dental Temps.
If for some reason, the hired staff member does not work out, we will refund you 50% of the placement fee, within 4 weeks of the hire/placement date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a booking, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice - bookings are non-refundable

If you do not provide a minimum 24 hours notice, there will be a $40 fee charged to your office

Another reason to buy a Multiple Booking Package: When you cancel, a full credit is applied to your account - You don’t pay a fee!

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer the following convenient payment methods:
1. PayPal through digital invoicing
2. Cheque or money order made out to Dodds Dental Temps
Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date
